Patient Education
Summarizing information for lay audiences requires that you realistically appraise the reading skills of your audience. This problem is easily addressed with simple tools, but the importance of visual information is much harder to assess. We will be comparing different versions of the same information in order to understand how to best serve patients. This assignment will develop, in part, out of the paper your produce prior to this unit. In the meantime, I suggest you review the following:
